SMS Terms and Conditions

Program Description

Sunset Pool Care sends service related SMS messages to customers including appointment reminders, technician arrival notifications, service completion updates, chemical balance reports, billing notifications, and responses to customer support inquiries.

Opt In

Customers may opt in to receive SMS messages by entering their mobile phone number in the service request form on our website at https://sunset-pool-care.yourpoolsite.com/ and selecting the SMS consent checkbox agreeing to receive service related text messages from Sunset Pool Care.

Message Frequency
